"The most compassionate care I have received"

I recently attended a clinic appointment with Dr Abokhrais and was pleasantly surprised by the treatment I received. It was the most compassionate care I have received regarding my gynaecology problems. 

I arrived terrified after experiencing sub par care in the past. Normally I have had severe pain, made worse by comments about my weight. But Dr Abokhrais was nothing like this. She was kind, gentle and respectful. 

Her wonderful care was greatly supported by two brilliant nurses, Fran and Julie. They put me at ease and despite having to have a biopsy done, it was the best and least painful experience I’ve had regarding gynaecology. 

This is especially important to me as a non binary individual who has survived sexual assault. I hope they all understand how impactful their care is for their patients.
