I'm sorry but my personal experience of a manager at Spa Surgery was way below what I'd expect from a professional manager. Deliberately set out to upset people, to try and belittle them and gets genuine happiness from this. Horrible behaviour.
Apparently, 'the Spa Surgery strives to create a caring environment' in order to achieve that you need the right staff.
