Could not fault arrangements for COVID booster jabs today (4/2024). Met by a volunteer at the car park - who was smiling even though it was raining; guided into a queue for the jab where I had to wait all of 30 seconds ! Very pleasant and efficient health professional administered the jab. Ushered out by another friendly volunteer who wished us a good day.

The NHS - and GP practices especially- often come in for criticism. I would like to say that I experienced excellence today.

Inasmuch as having a vaccination can be enjoyable- this was. Thank you Newbury Street.

thank you for your review of our covid vaccination clinic. We are so pleased you could get in/out so quickly and were happy with the way everything was ran. Despite the weather! Once again thank you and I will ensure this is passed on to the staff running the clinic
