(as a service user),

Everyone at the Hairmyers Hospital were great. In particular I would want to mention my appreciation for the Anesthetist and the Anesthetic Nurse. 

For a variety of reasons I was very apprehensive, they were understanding and undoubtedly smoothed the path to a positive experience, many thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback following your recent surgery. I am pleased to read that both the anaesthetist and anaesthetic nurse were understanding and supported you. I will share your comments with the team.

It is understandable to be apprehensive and for what ever reason that is, staff should be there to make the experience as positive as possible. It is reassuring to know that you experienced this from both staff members you have mentioned.
