Although I arrived late because of the roadworks (we got a little lost!) was made to feel very welcome. Very friendly staff.

Hello,
I am pleased to hear that you were treated kindly. We all appreciate that there are some “challenges “ with the road network at the moment, we do endeavour to see everyone although sometimes this is not always possible.
Could you let us know what department you attended so we can pass on your experience?
