Underwhelming

Visit to ask for help with my Morton's Neuroma.

Offered paracetamol for the pain.

Inserts given were the wrong size and do not fit my shoes or boots.

Wasted time.

No call back from management to sort issues despite saying they would.

Lack of concern was palpable.
