About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Elderly Medicine (wards 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3c, 4c, 5c, 6a, 8a & 8c) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Orthopaedics (Wards 10a, 10b, 10c &10d)

(as a service user),

I had an accident and I broke my skull in 2 places and had a haematoma. I was admitted to Queen Elizabeth hospital in Govan. To cut the long story short, I had the most wonderful doctor called Petros. I cannot fault him, he was a perfect gentleman and took time to listen to me. Petros was very professional and cared for his patients. I could not have asked for better. Thank you Petros.

I got transferred to Gartnavel ward 3c and the nurses and physio and rehabilitation all treated me as an individual and did not rush anything. Also I had the bonus of Petros he was also working between Queen Elizabeth and Gartnavel. I would like to thank Val, she was the  staff nurse, excellent and compassionate. Also  a mention to Liz, Geraldine, and Myrtle, I could not have asked for better nurses...so a big Thank You from me.
