Have got long waited appointment in contraception clinic. Have got an appointment 2 weeks earlier than expected.

Met friendly staff who have explained everything clearly what is going to happen.

Heather was very pleasant and friendly. She has everything her best to make sure I get coil fitted even it wasn’t as easy.

Very pleased with today’s appointment.
