I am over 60,got the appointment, after long waiting on the phone, staff were chart and relax,they are lucky with the NHS wages
Doctor only listens part of my problem
Also he told me to call in 4 days and fails
It seems doctor doesn't want to get even a blood test, trying to save the money for the practice doesn't bother my health either
Unfortunately my condition which I went for 4 days ago is not improving either
To get another appointment on the phone for more than 40minutes and don't know when
I believe their mindset is see few patients and not bother to further treatment arrangements
I am sorry to say really terrible
