"Quick appointment to see Dr"

I brought my child to see dr (h) this evening due to a problem I had originally saw specialist nurse about on the morning. I would like to pass on my appreciation and thanks to dr - she was really welcoming, professional and was lovely with my son (who was upset throughout appointment). She really listened to my concerns and acted on them - Dr is a credit to the surgery and I would be more than happy to have her see to my child again if needed ☺️

Your specialist nurse (F) needs to be more welcoming, not be rude to patients or parents and be more understanding instead of trying to undermine parents and not listen. My child is 2 and not once did she smile or even say hello to them. She did not examine them properly and she did not listen to any of my concerns, when I did question why she wouldn’t try a different treatment she shut me down straight away. She is abrupt and not very understanding or child friendly.

Thankfully my child’s treatment was changed by dr.H without any problem and she was in agreement with me.
