I have had great experiences of care here over many years. Most recently I contacted the surgery about menopause concerns, the GP conducted a phone appointment, took me seriously and was very thorough with her questions and checking what I meant. She discussed options with me and sent me info as well, not just about my main concerns but about related things like checking my breasts and how to eat more calcium.

The appointment system is not the easiest and the receptionists can be dragons at times - I think they do it to protect the health professionals because the health professionals work so hard. They have to deal with a lot of abuse as well so they have to be a bit tough. So don’t give up if you ring them and they seem dismissive. They will pass your message on and you will get good quality care from committed staff.
