I have noticed today that due to recently made changes to prescription requests it is not possible anymore to request 'past' medicine. I was trying to use the 'Patient knows better' portal, however could not see any medicine at all.
I am not sure why insulin had to be moved to the 'past' medicine.
Also, due to the new updates, I was not able to see the practice review scores on Google Reviews. Instead, only NHS reviews are visible. Is it because it is a higher score?
