Since they have changed on line booking it is a nightmare to book an appointment and went to receptionist to book and told I can't have to do it on line

Dear Patient Sorry you have not found our service satisfactory. As our practice policy is not to advise patients to go online and if you present at reception we would look at booking an appointment or adding you to a virtual waiting list if no appointment are available, please can you contact our patient liaison officer so we can investigate your issue further.
