"Dreadful Service, understaffed"

I have had a dreadful experience with this clinic that has resulted in me having to go private as I haven't received the results of a recent biopsy 3 months later. This was after an appointment was fast tracked as an emergency. My original appointment was in June, and then again in August as no one had contacted me. Whenever I try to phone I'm told that only certain people have access to my records and they are not available however will call me back. I'm still waiting for the call. Each time I call the process can take up to an hour before I speak to anyone. I am recovering from cancer and would've appreciated more support and responsiveness than I have had. I would advise avoiding using this service completely if you can and find somewhere else that is more reliable, proactive and supported. I have found it so very stressful dealing with this department m.
