Recently had an appointment with Dean and just want to say what a considerate, understanding person. I have had ongoing problems with my knees with arthritis and previous appointments with different consultants has made me feel a failure. Dean was the first to be so understanding and made me feel it was not my fault and totally listened. He is a credit to the NHS.
