After speaking to a receptionist who wasn’t interested in why I needed to book a Saturday appt via the phone, I was told to use the evergreen app and to do the next day. I tried to explain I was working 7-7 so was not possible. In the end I was angry and put the phone down. I emailed my complaint to the surgery and got a call today although I did say in it I was working but they caught me on a break. The practice manager who I spoke to was really nice and understanding and solved my problem in minutes if only the reception staff were like this.
