(as the patient),

I visited to change my MS injection . The appointment was all very positive. Nicola gave clear & concise instructions on how to administer the new injection . She also advised on what side effects could happen & how to deal with them .

We had a general conversation on MS related fatigue . I felt that any points I raised were listened to  & where required follow-up action was put in place to address them.

Any previous appointments I have had with Nicola have all been beneficial & knowledgeable.
