"Appoint Problem with the practice "

I am trying to get appointment for my regular GP. I am told to register on line first. I have filled the details and sent it. Got reply saying send two proof of address. But still no registration. Rang surgery. Fir the receptionist was not interested in talking and then she said send the details again. Told her the details. Then after persuading her she tried to take my my details. She was not concentrating , told her everything tree four times. Answer was. Registration will take two weeks and then till no appointment for you. Told me to go to hospital.

This is not acceptable. What a shame.

My regular Doctor Is very good Doctor. But surgery appointment procedure is awful.
