Experienced rude receptionist/ telephony staff, who didn’t deliver on what they said. After several calls and a visit conflicting information consistently provided when requesting a prescription. Defensive when simply challenged or questioned appropriately. The surgery has a poor escalation route, as no notes were taken and an opinion is provided before investigating first.
