Last Friday I felt in a tiz, stressed and tearful. I rang and I spoke to Kelly on reception.

Kelly listened, reassured me and said she would speak to the GP and ring me back.

Kelly said it was ok, to feel like that. She would help me.

I felt so much better after speaking with her.

Kelly rang me back later and I felt better. Thanks Kelly
