"Extremely hard to get a appointment with the "

I called this morning from 8 am after a long waiting time 30 minutes the receptionist said they don’t have any time slot and ask me to call back later afternoon. I asked what time I should call back she said anytime afternoon, she can’t give me a guide time ! But Last time I called about 1 pm they said they don’t save any time slot for afternoon! this Gp always try to send me to medical center. They don’t really help!
