I was getting a small lesion removed on my leg and it was under local anaesthetic. I was called in and put at ease right away by friendly chat and lots of laughter over funny stories. The two health professionals were courteous and explained everything that was going to happen and what was going to happen before they started. Kirsty and Laura made the whole experience easy and stress free. They were kind and professional at every step.

After the removal was over I was given aftercare information that was explained well and given an aftercare sheet with the same information. 

Overall, Kirsty and Laura made this experience stress free and were exceptional at their job.
