"Excellent Care"

I had a Kidney biopsy recently and all of the staff on the Marlowe ward were excellent. There were 3 of us patients in one bay and the care we received was second to none. The staff did everything they could to help us and make us comfortable whilst being extremely professional. Everything was explained simply but in plenty of detail and all 3 of us were extremely grateful for the care and attention shown to us. It was a long stay, I was there from 8.15am to 7pm and I was given plenty of food and drink during the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I had dinner in the ward and I must say I was quite impressed with the standard of the food and that it came quite hot. Not an easy thing to achieve on a large scale.
