About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I was nervous about my appointment but they were very kind and understanding.

The doctor and nurse were very supportive and understood I was struggling and allowed me time to make a decision about whether I wanted to continue.

I didn't feel judged and felt free to make the decision that made me feel safe.

I would definitely recommend and praise the care I received.
