(as the patient),

I attended Queen Margaret plastic surgery nurses for 19weeks. In that time the nurses were so kind and very efficient and told me everything they were doing and why. Don't think I could have been in better hands.

All the nurses and student nurses were so friendly and put me at ease, especially at the beginning of the treatment as it was very painful

I am so pleased to hear that over the period of time you were under the care of the Plastic Surgery Nurses, you found them to be kind and efficient. As a team we feel its important to involve our patients in every part of their care, explaining what we do and the reasons why. It is so good to read that this was your experience.

I am sorry the beginning of your treatment was painful, that cannot have been easy, but delighted that the friendly team of nurses and student nurses helped put you at ease and guided you through your journey.
