I needed a face to face appointment with a Doctor and this was arranged with a minimum of fuss. The Receptionist kindly phoned me when appointments were released to confirm a suitable date.
The Doctor was kind and understanding, listened to what I had to say and we agreed a way forward.
I was very happy with the whole situation.
