"A wonderfully high level of professional and caring treatment"

About: General Surgery / Surgical Unit

(as the patient),

Surgery to repair inguinal hernia.

From the moment I entered the surgical unit at Stracathro for this surgery  until leaving Iater in the day, I experienced a wonderfully high level of professional and caring  treatment from every member of the team I came into contact with.

I was kept fully informed throughout the process and the relaxed  atmosphere definitely reduced my anxieties.

Once in the recovery room, a nurse kindly phoned my daughter to tell her all was well. She was very pleased to get this professional reassurance and has asked me to pass on her thanks also.
