"Treatment for Skin Cancer"

I had to write about the fantastic care I have received at Rowan House Dermatology Department in Plymouth over the last 6 months.

On each of my three visits the  reception staff, nursing team and medical team  were professional and friendly, and  I was shown nothing but kindness and patience.

Dr Walker was a delight, highly experienced and knowledgeable, his manner immediately put me at ease and he fully explained what , why and how things were going to happen.

The team provided the right amount of humour and care to ensure I was as relaxed as possible and checked that I was confident in my aftercare before I left .

The unit was spotless and the waiting areas were comfortable . It felt like nothing was too much trouble and everyone appeared to be very happy in their roles.

As an NHS worker myself, I was immensely proud of the service I received. The staff at Rowen House deserve to be praised for the tremendous job they do. Thank you
