"Excellent patient care"

I recently attended QMH for a Colonoscopy. I was extremely anxious about the procedure. The staff nurse, Kelsey, and her student done an excellent job of putting me at ease. As did S/N Scott with his lovely manner and top cannulation skills.

Everything was explained fully. I had little waiting around time and felt I was in safe hands. The CNS, Adele, who performed the procedure was also excellent. The staff spoke to me and reassured me throughout. Into recovery I was looked after by Rae who, was also lovely and friendly.

All in all, something I was dreading turned out to be a positive experience and the staff and endoscopy suite should be proud. I really had nothing to worry about - Thank you to all.
