I honestly see no point in leaving this review as everyone seems to have left 1* reviews with absolutely no improvements and unfortunately we are stuck with this surgery!
Imagine waiting on queue for 3 hours as "caller number 3" and then being cut off! And then getting a "phone appointment" for a skin rash! We need better surgeries!!!
