"First contact with maternity ward"

About: The Royal London Hospital

Tried to contact maternity ward for advice on my wife scheduling her first Ob/Gyni appointment after 11 weeks of pregnancy. The lady on the phone was not at all helpful, only saying "you don't call here" and then hung up in my ear without listening to any further questions at all.

Utterly useless, first impressions are lasting.
