About: Gynaecology / Gynaecology Outpatients

(as the patient),

I found the nursing staff to be helpful, and cheerful, giving clear explanation of what was to be expected at my appointment. 

Was greeted professionally by the consultant, I felt put at ease throughout my consultation. The nurse, Kelly, was caring and helpful, I didn't feel rushed. I left feeling satisfied from my appointment of which was carried out in a timely manner. Thank-you.

Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to post your lovely feedback with regards to your appointment in Gynaecology outpatients in PRI. We do aim to provide a service where we can make you feel as relaxed as possible however also professional and caring a the same time. I am very happy to hear that we did achieve this.
