(as a service user),

There were no sanitary products available in the main entrance toilets.  This was the only bathroom I attempted to use - but I feel it is important they are available in every facility on your sites.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the availability of sanitary products within the main entrance toilets at University Hospital Crosshouse.

I have shared your feedback with the relevant manager, who would like to provide reassurance that the supply of these products is consistently monitored across our facilities and they are regularly replenished as required.

There is however a fluctuating demand for these products and if there has been an occasion of high demand it may result in no products being available until they can be replenished again.
