About: HMP New Hall / Substance Misuse Service Inclusion

(as a service user),

If you have a query/problem, inclusion are quick to get back to you and help in anyway they can.

Amy (my worker) is lovely and always takes the time to ask me if I'm okay or if I need anything, always encourages me to believe in myself :)

It could be better if they had more workers and time for groups.
