"Key worker gives me the push I need"

About: HMP New Hall / Substance Misuse Service

(as a service user),

Kimmy is the best worker she always has time for me and gives me the push to tell me straight and also helps me when I'm struggling and never gives up and reassures everything will be okay and gives me the guidance and tells me what the consequences are of my behaviour.

Thanks for being a good worker.
