I have recently moved to this GP following a house move. I was able to book a same day face-to-face appointment over the phone on both a Friday and the following Monday with the same doctor. Both times I didn't have to wait long to get through to reception and received friendly and helpful service from them. The doctor was helpful, took time to listen to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed during the appointments whatsoever. This was a refreshing change from the care I received at my previous GP.
