"Amazing health visitor"

I just wanted to put a little story of appreciation out for my health Visitor Becky. 

Due to having bad experiences with some health visitors in previous years I was a little apprehensive about going back to health Visitor coming for their visits.

From the very first visit from Becky back in 2022 (I think it was) she has always made me feel so at ease and is always prepared to answer any questions that no matter how small or stupid these questions may seem. She has always gave 100% attention, compassion, respect and professionalism when she has been out for visits.

Becky showed me morale support upon unexpectedly falling pregnant when my baby was very young and unexpected, she was very supportive and listened to me and provided amazing and reassuring support I can not thank her enough. 

After having my now 4 month old daughter Becky has always come out and made me feel that I have been doing an amazing job although deep down I know I hadn't been coping very well with 2 kids under the age on 18 months, upon doing my wellbeing test I was on higher scale for postpartum, becky sat with myself and husband and asked about situations home based and how things were, myself and my husband (who doesn't usually open up very well, this shows how at ease becky makes us feel) both opened up about issues within house hold life, becky supported us amazingly and assisted us with little bits of advise that would possibly help.

Becky was very quick off the mark to notice that my younger daughter could potentially have a dairy intolerance due to projectile vomitting she has supported me with this transition as it was a struggle due to my dietary needs changing with breastfeeding and she continues to support me with this.

And to top it all off, Becky has showed her determination and continuity of care by coming to visit when she has potentially been working from home. When she is out she is so friendly and amazing with my son and diverts her attention between both children ensuring my son doesn't feel secluded from her coming out.
