Historically I have had negative experiences with Vine medical group and have considered moving my family to a new practice. This has included referral to the wrong hospital department, poor telephone systems, unable to access care when 111 referred my husband to the GP, mix ups and delays with prescription requests. However, my recent experience has given me a glimmer of hope. The new online system seems to work much better and although I had to wait 4 weeks for a routine appointment it was face to face, the sign in system was efficient and easy to use and the doctor was very attentive and thorough. I felt listened to and came out feeling like I knew what my treatment plan was and what action to take if things were not working. Hopefully this is the sign of things changing for the better.
