I have had two telephone conversations with the Doctors. He has been caring, considerate and explained everything that I needed to know ñ very carefully. I was very impressed by his attention to my case and to his manner. I was left feeling cared for and I understand the way forward.

Dear Mr Dickinson,

Thank you very much for your feedback about our surgery.

I am very glad that you have been please with your appointments, and felt that the GP was caring and explained things well.

We try our very best to ensure that our patients are at the heart of everything that we do, which is part of our mission statement.

I will inform the GP of your kind words and also discuss at our next practice meeting.
