(as a service user),

I just wanted to thank the legends that make up the Western Trust District Nursing team based in Omagh who I would argue have helped save my life.

2022-23 was a horrible time for myself with a vicious set of circumstances causing my a number of nasty health predicaments.

Man guilt forced me to put my head in the sand, and only once it got really bad did I seek help. Genuinely feared the worst.

I couldn't have been more wrong, Sinead and her team of delightful superstars treated me so kindly, like an equal and never judged me. They allowed me to see the light and believe that a full recovery was possible.

Now, much closer to actually being recovered, I just wanted to say thank you to them all, they have changed my future forever.
