"Excellent Practice"

My brother was taken ill on Christmas Eve, he had collapsed during the night and spent 9/10 hours on the floor, unable to get himself up or call for help. I contacted Dingle Park at 08:00 on the day after Boxing Day, explaining that he didn’t want to go to hospital but had a high temperature, severe cough & cut’s & bruising from the fall. Within a couple of minutes a doctor called me back for more information & promised someone would be out to see him.

Within four hours the doctor & an associate came, gave him a thorough examination, took several samples for lab investigation & prescribed antibiotics etc., advising us how best to care for him & reassuring us that further help was available, if required.

I believe this practice & staff showed the very best of care & compassion to my 74 year old brother & his family when we needed them. Their service was exemplary, I don’t believe they could have done more. The doctor followed up with several phone calls over the next few days & weeks. We as a family, are extremely grateful for the care and consideration shown by Dingle Park.
