It was the the staff who made my time in hospital so much easier. They were brilliant, they got the balance perfect between friendliness and professionalism, and instilled a deep amount of trust.
Everyone from the tea lady to the consultants worked together as a team and I am very grateful for the consultants willingness to listen to my concerns and daft questions, taking them seriously and answering them in a way I understood.
Staff skills
My only comment would be that time needs to be set aside through the day for personal hygiene. There were at least three days when I was unable to shower because of infusions etc... I was about to get in the shower several times when I was interrupted for observations bloods etc... however all in all 10/10. Staff attitude
"Brilliant staff"
