I just wanted to say thanks to Kirsty and Laura at Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

I was in recently for some minor surgery and both were fantastic, friendly, caring and professional.

Good job Kirsty, I didn't feel a thing, and thanks for your motivational chat about walking the West Highland Way.
