"Awful Telephone service"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

Trying to get hold of anyone outside of the reception is near impossible and soon as you get through and off the hold music they hang up on you. having been on hold first time over an hour and then 2nd time 45 mins i had to give up. if you are not going to have a service to answer calls then dont put people through and waste their time
