Have trued for 28 hours and spent over two hours on the phone trying to get through to a&e. After a certain length of time, the phone cuts out. Need to know where and how a patient (by ambulance) is. No one has answered in the last 28 hours. We do not live close to the patient, who has no family. Please consider having a dedicated responder on the A&E reception. It's so time consuming, expensive to be on the phone for so long - not to mention the concern over the patient. Frustrated.
