(as a service user),

After having painful tooth ache I got an emergency appointment at the Dental Hospital in Glasgow City centre.

I was treated by Kate & Gayle who are amazing!

As someone who’s not been to a dentist for many years I was a bit nervous but they both made me feel so comfortable & explained everything throughout the appointment which made me feel at ease.

I was given options of the treatments that could be done & we decided to clean out the broken tooth & have a temporary filling rather than root canal/extraction as I wasn't confident in making a decision so quickly which both Kate & Gayle where happy with.

I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much again!

I was sorry to hear you were suffering from painful toothache and realise how distressing this can be.

It was good to hear despite being nervous that both Kate and Gayle were able to reassure you, provide different treatment options and also put you at ease.
