"Kind, comforting, soothing and explained everything"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as a service user),

I was called by a lady called Alana from Area 5A to discuss my details prior to my upcoming surgery. 

I can honestly say that I have never had the complete pleasure of listening to any other person who was kind, comforting, soothing and explained everything in detail with such an angelic voice that I wished that my Q&A session would never end!

She is an absolute asset to your organisation and I sincerely hope that you will relay my appreciation of her genuine candour and my heartfelt gratitude for taking the time to talk to me.
