"The service has been first class"

I've been having the physio to my home. Her name is Lorraine and she has been excellent, I can't thank her enough. She's made such a difference to me, the service has been first class. It was such a better idea to come to my house for the past few weeks of physio rather than me having to attend hospital or health centres. I'm truly grateful.
