Attempted to make an appointment for a routine/known health issue. Advised no appointments given outside of 8am or 1pm, (despite website stating otherwise). In April NHS contract changes for GPs 2023/24 outlined that this system is no longer permitted without providing patient further advise or referring to another provider/care offered. No other solutions given. No help provided except advised to complain.
