"Shockingly bad "

Shockingly bad doctors,

the receptionist have no empathy, they are extremely unhelpful, rude and have such a bad attitude.

For example:

I need referring asap as I’ve found a lump on my breast which I told the rude receptionist,

but that isn’t urgent enough for her to get me an appointment apparently..

I’ve got to ring back Monday to see “if“ I get an appointment that week, if not I have to ring the following Monday..

now if that isn’t ridiculously un logical I don’t know what is!!

the NHS always tells us to get seen asap when discovering lumps etc

but how can we when we have surgeries like this who have no urgency and just an unwillingness to help!!

I can’t get into another doctors in my area as they are all full to capacity. So i have no choice but to stay at this doctors which is not fit for purpose.
